The marketing of a product aimed at the widest possible market. An early example was the Model T Ford, which was mass-produced, aimed at a very wide market, and only available in black. Ford now produce a wide range of models, with different engine capacities, colours, and prices aimed at attracting a wide variety of tastes and requirements. Compare differentiated marketing
